About Me
Kiki is currently a student in the Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) program. Early in her life, she experienced many sports injuries and worked closely with her physiotherapist and osteopath. This sparked her deep interest in anatomy. However, she continued to get injured and was told it was due to her naturally tight body. She refused to accept this as her fate and continued her research.
Early this year, she came across a great opportunity to learn Anatomy Trains with Tom Myers. What started as a class demonstration of techniques ended up transforming her body completely. She believes she has found the missing link. When the body is not in alignment, weight training can lead to injuries much faster. Conversely, inactive bodies often experience chronic lower back pain, neck pain, and movement restrictions.
As Kiki continues her journey to complete the ATSI program, she is now offering her 3-Series Structural Bodywork. She has found that even a few sessions can make a significant impact. Each session in the series is designed to target specific areas of the body. Kiki’s approach helps restore balance, reduce pain, and improve overall movement by addressing the root causes of misalignment.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is Fascia? Fascia is a connective tissue that forms an interconnected web throughout the entire body. It is a continuous, three-dimensional network that surrounds, supports, and connects muscles, bones, organs, and nerves. It plays a crucial role in the structure, movement, and function of the body. 2. What is 3-series Strucual bodywork? It is based on Anatomy Trains Sturctural intergration, we break down to 3 sessions to address the posture and alignment. Clients will feel genuinely balanced after 3 sessions. Session 1(90mins): Body Reading + balancing the feet and pelvis. Session 2(75mins): Balancing the diaphragm and opening the breath. Session 3(75mins): Aligning the spine, head and neck. 3. What's the difference between Structural Bodywork and massage? Unlike massages, the clients are expected to be engaged in certain movement and get up from the massage table as needed. 4. What to expect during the sessions? Our bodies hold our emotions too, some clients might experience emotional reactions during or after the session. 5. How can I prepare for structural bodywork? Clients are expected to bring/wear sports bra (for women) and shorts for the treatment, keep hydrated and a open heart to receive. 6. My personal experience receiving the Structural Intergration treatment. Through the treatment process, I learned more about my body than what I learned doing a yoga teacher training course in 2022. The tension where I already knew and the tension where I didn't know until I was being treated, it was very interesting experience to witness the changes in my body during the treatment and integrate into my life. I felt grounded, balanced and uplifted both physically and mentally.
